The best way to request a medication refill is to contact our office directly. Please provide your name, medication name, dosage, and pharmacy information when submitting your request. Refill requests are reviewed by our provider and may require an appointment before approval. Please request refills before your medication runs out.

Some medications require prior authorization from your insurance provider before they can be covered. If your medication requires authorization, please contact our office for assistance. Our team can help coordinate the necessary paperwork with your insurance provider. Approval times and coverage decisions depend on your insurance plan.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management services. When additional therapy is appropriate for your treatment needs, we can provide referrals to suitable mental health professionals. Our goal is to help you access the support and resources that best meet your individual needs.
