What We Do

We require 24-hour notice cancellations. Please cancel during business hours. We do understand circumstances occur.
The cancellation/no-show fee is $50.

We will try to respond to calls/messages on the same day, if not the next business day.
If you need to communicate with your clinician outside of a regularly scheduled visit, please do so through your secure patient portal or by contacting our office assistant.

Please contact your pharmacy to inquire about any refills on file BEFORE reaching out to our office with refill requests.
Any requests made after 4pm may not be addressed until the following business day.
Patients receiving prescriptions for controlled substances are required to be seen in clinic every three months in order to receive refills.

If you have been notified that a prior authorization is needed for medication, please have the pharmacy fax over a rejection claim containing your insurance information.
Please note that once we submit a request, it can take your insurance up to 5 business days to respond with a determination.
